Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Please report any issues within 30 days of receiving your item.

If the mistake is on our end, we’ll send you a free replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived and appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue and, if confirmed, send a replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.
Please double-check sizing guides and order details before completing your purchase.
Special Note on Face Masks and Sealed Items
Due to health and hygiene concerns, face masks and other sealed items are not returnable or refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:
We’ll contact you to confirm the correct address.
You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Unclaimed Orders
Orders that go unclaimed or undeliverable after multiple delivery attempts may be returned and donated to charity after 30 days. Refunds are not issued for unclaimed items.
Before Returning Anything
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed and could be subject to donation or disposal without refund.
For EU Customers
As our products are made to order and often personalized, the standard EU “right of withdrawal” does not apply to most items (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).
